Our Core tenets:

1. The purpose of money is to either spend it or give it away
2. Investing is the decision to spend/give less now, so that we may spend/give more later
3. The way we spend and give shapes the world around us
4. The purpose of life is to make the world a better place, and to help others do the same
5. Our own needs must be met before we can take care of others
6. Once our needs are met, we have a responsibility to help others
7. We should seek to minimize mandatory giving (through tax planning), in order to maximize voluntary giving

We’re offering classes and courses at beginner and advanced levels, as well as special limited edition sessions of prenatal yoga, children’s yoga, meditation, and mindfulness.

Yoga allows you to find an inner peace that is not ruffled and riled by the endless stresses and struggles of life.
