Kyle Thompson, MBA, CEPA (Founder/Managing Partner)
Kyle grew up in Des Moines, Iowa and became obsessed with finance as a teenager, reading every book he could find. He went on to attend Drake University and Iowa State University for undergrad before going on to get his MBA from Iowa State as well. Prior to starting Leetown Advisors, he successfully ran two other businesses and has a deep love of entrepreneurship. His love for finance and entrepreneurship drove him to switch careers in 2015 and worked as an advisor at two other firms before launching Leetown Advisors in 2017. His greatest hope is to leave the world a better place than he found it, and to help others do the same. He also moonlights as a standup comedian, and hates writing in the third person.
